Spanish Rice a la Food Storage

I had to use some left over rice and I had to feed a lot of people quick!! Sooooo, this is the recipe that resulted. I thought it was really good and all the teenagers had seconds, so that was a good sign.

Spanish Rice

1 pint jar canned roast beef, w/juice
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes w, juice
1 4 oz jar green chilies w/juice
3 TBS. Dehydrated onions
1 TBS. Beef bouillion
1/4 cup salsa

Cook all this until the meat is easy to separate into small pieces (about 10 minutes). Add 4 - 5 cups already cooked rice and heat until it is warmed. I served this with the canned pinto beans I made. Those are the best. If you haven't canned beans, you are missing out!!
